Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event setup, registration, program flow, and on-site activities.
• Monitor event progress and quickly resolve issues or last-minute changes.
• Prepare event reports, budget summaries, and post-event evaluations.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Support marketing initiatives and ensure events are aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
