Job summary

Staff Domain Inc. Ortigas, Pasig City, Philippines, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator & Strategic Events Specialist to plan and deliver strategic events that strengthen Staff Domain's market presence, build relationships with prospective clients, and support client acquisition.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll collaborate with Sales, Performance Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams to connect with the right audiences and create meaningful business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in event coordination, marketing coordination, or project coordination
• Experience end-to-end event management (venue sourcing, supplier coordination, budgets)
• Experience owning at least two B2B events from planning to delivery
• Experience managing suppliers, agencies, or freelancers within approved budgets
• Strong project coordination skills across multiple workstreams
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and stakeholder management
• Willingness to travel, including occasional Australia travel

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver flagship client acquisition events each quarter
• Own event delivery from concept to completion (venue, suppliers, budgets, invites)
• Build targeted guest lists with Sales and Marketing to fit ICP
• Coordinate pre-event communications and attendee confirmations
• Capture attendees in CRM and hand over lists within 48 hours to SDR
• Produce post-event reports on attendance, leads, and ROI
• Coordinate sponsorships, market scanning, and events to support growth
• Support client visits, agendas, and follow-up actions
• Maintain event records in Zoho and HubSpot and report on outcomes
