Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Live Campaigns and Partnerships role within its LIVE Operations team. You will create, plan, execute and evaluate goal-driven Live campaigns and work with creators and users to grow engagement.

The role requires 3+ years in content, campaigns, marketing or partnerships, fluent English and Filipino, data-driven mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in content, campaigns, marketing or partnerships in tech/e-commerce/media.
• Experience managing revenue events from strategy to data analysis.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration in international teams.
• Fluent in Filipino and English; proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan, execute and evaluate goal-driven live campaigns for creators and users.
• Identify market hot topics and collaborate with regional teams on new engaging ideas.
• Analyze data to surface insights for decision making and campaign design.
• Collaborate with revenue, product and creative teams for rollouts.
• Support revenue growth strategies.
