Job description

Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:30-18:30

Job responsibilities

• 1）Create and plan online and offline events, including seasonal events, core-community events, in-app talent events, while identifying new opportunities to increase engagement.
• 2) Develop pre-event assets and provide clear, engaging outlines and instructions, ensure participation and alignment with event goals.
• 3) Explain event benefits and rules effectively to maximize understanding and participation, collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen in-app involvement.
• 4）Execute online and offline events, assist in post-event recaps and scoring. Ensure accurate evaluation of event outcomes and generate insight reports.

Skills and Competencies:

• 1）Time management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
• 2）Excellent communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain event rules, benefits, and guidelines to stakeholders.
