Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Quantity Surveying or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost benchmarking, tendering, and supplier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and tender with precise takeoffs and material quantities.
• Manage tenders from inquiry to submission deadlines, with zero-variance focus.
• Coordinate procurement and liaise with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead pre-construction handover and facilitate clear budgets and subcontractor scopes.
