You will work closely with the Australian team and the business owner, ensuring zero-variance budgeting during estimating and precise execution during delivery.

The role covers tender management, detailed scopes of work, pricing from local suppliers, and post-contract reviews, with a focus on NCC, BCA, AS3740/AS3600/AS1684 standards, WHS compliance

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of estimating and project coordination experience in the Australian building sector.
• Experience across residential builds, renovations, and commercial modifications.
• Advanced proficiency with BuilderTrend and digital takeoff software.
• Proven ability to benchmark material and labour rates using Cordell Estimator.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of NCC, BCA, and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare precise trade takeoffs and material quantifications from plans and site data.
• Manage tender bids from inquiry to submission deadlines.
• Define detailed scopes of work to prevent post-contract variations.
• Price using live quotes from Sydney suppliers and subcontractors.
• Analyze variations to protect project profitability.
• Lead Pre-Construction Handover meetings with budget and subcontractor scopes.
• Coordinate procurement and monitor expenditure to avoid overruns.
