Job summary

Boomering Inc. is seeking a Senior Commercial Estimator to own the estimating function for prestigious UK projects. The role is based remotely from the Philippines with a UK holiday schedule.

You will price tenders, prepare detailed take-offs, and manage the complete tender process while collaborating with Directors to secure new opportunities. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial estimating, experience with principal contractors, and strong MS Office/SharePoint skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and commercially competitive cost estimates by reviewing project drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
