Qualifications

• MYOB experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Role: Estimator(AU-based client)

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).

Work Schedule: 5-day work week, 8:00am to 5:00pm, Philippine Time

Work Setup: Hybrid

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates and tenders for the client's commercial, fitout, hospitality, industrial and residential construction projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, an understanding of Australian construction standards, and the ability to work with project drawings, subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed construction estimates and tender submissions.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation.
• Complete quantity take-offs using CostX and Bluebeam.
• Obtain and assess quotes from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain estimating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify project costs, risks, scope gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure estimates comply with relevant Australian Standards and construction requirements.
• Communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and internal project teams.
• Assist with tender reviews and handover of successful projects to the construction team.
• Maintain accurate and organized estimating records.

Role Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Construction Estimator in Australia.
• Experience with CostX and Bluebeam.
• Good understanding of Australian construction methods and practices.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and compliance requirements.
• Experience working with Australian clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and numerical/analytical skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience with MYOB or other accounting software is an advantage but not essential.
