Qualifications

• 5-8 years of sourcing experience in telecommunications or related fields.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record in end-to-end sourcing, contracts, and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Creates eSourcing events in the online system for various projects and categories.
• Secures project phases (plan, create, monitor, analyze) to meet timelines and service levels.
• Liaises with stakeholders and suppliers from request creation to completion.
• Clarifies project objectives to suppliers and provides progress updates to Sourcing Managers.
• Escalates issues related to project success to management.
• Manages supplier/stakeholder complaints to mutual benefit.
• Analyzes project outcomes and recommends supplier selections.
• Assists in award decisions and acts as liaison to the Sourcing Manager and suppliers.
• Collaborates to refine negotiations' objectives and improve tools/processes.
• Provides time and activity reporting per internal regulations.
