Qualifications

15+ years of telecom delivery experience and 7+ years leading large-scale transformations.
Proven track record delivering mission-critical telecom programs for Tier-1 operators or large enterprises.
Strong leadership across Core Network, RAN, IP, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT domains.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, multi-year telecom programs across Core Network, 5G, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and IT transformation.
Establish and govern program frameworks including Steering Committees, risk and financial controls, and escalation models.
Own program P&L, including revenue recognition, cost control, margins, forecasting and reporting.
Serve as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior customer executives on status, risks, and strategic decisions.
