Job summary

Ericsson Telecommunications Inc. is seeking an experienced eSourcing and Contract Admin Specialist to join our Sourcing operations in the Philippines.

The role focuses on cost management, process consolidation, and centralized functional excellence across geographies. You will manage end-to-end sourcing activities, coordinate with stakeholders and suppliers, and drive improvements in tools and processes to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of sourcing experience in the telecom industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience with eSourcing tools (document management and/or online procurement) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create eSourcing events in the online system (SSS) for various projects and geographies.
• Secure project phases (plan, create, monitor, analyze) to meet timelines and service levels.
• Liaise with stakeholders and suppliers from request to completion.
• Clarify objectives for suppliers and provide progress updates to Sourcing Managers.
• Escalate issues related to project success to Sourcing Manager or other management.
• Manage supplier/stakeholder complaints for mutual benefit.
• Analyze outcomes and advise on supplier selection.
• Assist in award decisions at project closure when requested.
• Serve as liaison between Sourcing Manager and suppliers.
• Help refine negotiations objectives with the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sourcing objectives.
• Provide time & activity reporting per regulations and directives.
• Support global Sourcing with contracts tools and systems until sunset.
