Job description

We are hiring Network Engineers and IT Support Engineers for an Ericsson project across various locations in India. Freshers and experienced candidates with networking and IT support knowledge are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT and network support.
• Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues.
• Support desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install and configure network devices and end-user systems.
• Coordinate with remote support teams for issue resolution.
• Maintain IT assets and documentation.
• Ensure timely resolution of user-reported incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate as per project requirements.

Preferred

• CCNA or other networking certifications.
• Experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, NOC, Desktop Support, or Network Support roles.
