Job summary

First Datacorp is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients, expanding key accounts, and managing enterprise and government relationships in the Philippines. You will lead proposals, presentations, and negotiations, while coordinating with delivery teams to close deals.

The role requires a proven sales background in IT, a robust network, and willingness to travel with onsite work in Makati. You will build long-term partnerships and exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry or related.
• Experience handling Enterprise and Government accounts.
• Active accounts and strong network that can be leveraged for opportunities.
• Strong track record in business development, account management, and achieving sales targets.
• Experience selling IT solutions, software, cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or managed services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and travel for client meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Bring in new business from existing networks, active accounts, and referrals.
• Develop and manage Enterprise and Government accounts.
• Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities.
• Conduct client presentations and solution discussions.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams in developing proposals and closing deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned revenue targets.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
