Job summary

Sprout is seeking an experienced Account Manager to serve enterprise clients in the Philippines. You will guide product adoption, maximize client value, and build executive relationships across departments.

You will manage cross-functional projects, identify churn risks, and explore upsell opportunities while aligning client priorities with Sprout's strategic objectives.

The role requires 3–5 years in account management within tech/SaaS, with strong product knowledge and HR/payroll exposure.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or customer success for enterprise accounts.
• Experience in the tech industry and SaaS environments.
• Strong product knowledge and HR/payroll exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the largest and most strategic clients realize the full value of their investment with Sprout.
• Manage program initiatives around product adoption/maximization and operational excellence.
• Establish executive relationships with all account stakeholders.
• Gain a deep understanding of clients’ strategic priorities, goals, and key business objectives at each department level.
• Proactively identify performance gaps and risks of churn.
• Increase account value through upsells and network expansion.
• Engage strongly with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage cross-functional relationships with client and Sprout stakeholders to execute account projects.
• Recommend best practices on system usage/configuration to complement client business processes.
• Study client-specific industries, trends, and best practices to achieve process excellence.
