Job summary

Meralco PowerGen (MGEN) seeks a Strategic Account Manager to sustain key client relationships and pursue new opportunities to expand our customer base for profitable sales growth within the RES portfolio. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored energy solutions, lead negotiations for contracts, and ensure timely onboarding and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Electrical Engineering or business-related field.
• Previous account management or sales experience.
• Preferably with knowledge and work experience in the power industry.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Excellent presentation skills and networking aptitude.
• Highly self-motivated with multitasking capability.
• Great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities with potential customers.
• Conduct market research and assess target accounts including load profile and industry.
• Provide industry intelligence on competition and market trends.
• Lead negotiations for retail electricity supply contracts.
• Coordinate switching requirements and ensure compliance with deadlines.
• Generate reports on account progress and forecasts.
• Maintain solid client relationships and act as primary interface with internal teams.
• Develop account management plans and manage client expectations.
• Support campaigns and programs for customer engagement and retention.
