Job summary

Commerce-UI is seeking an experienced eCommerce Consultant to be the strategic voice for our clients, sitting beside founders, Heads of eCommerce and CMOs of top brands. Help them decide what to build next and shape roadmaps for an agency that ships world‑class work.

You’ll own strategic relationships, diagnose underlying problems, and turn conversations into concrete roadmaps. You’ll collaborate with Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs to translate business outcomes into clear briefs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in eCommerce across brand, agency, or consultancy.
• Experience with Shopify, headless architectures, and CMS choices.
• Knowledge of subscriptions, loyalty, OMS and ERP integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients post-launch.
• Diagnose underlying problems and translate them into roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Design Leads, Tech Leads and PMs to shape briefs.
• Lead and support new business pitches with strategic depth.
• Write content to build authority.
