Job summary

Intrepid Asia, a leading ecommerce and digital solutions provider in SEA, seeks a proactive Key Account Manager to manage and grow the ecommerce business for multiple brands across platforms. You will own the annual strategy, negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders, and drive NMV and revenue growth.

You will partner with Content, Store Management, Operations and other in-house teams to execute campaigns, analyze performance data, and develop activation plans.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of ecommerce experience, ideally with Lazada or Shopee.
• Strong commercial mindset and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate brand ecommerce strategy into annual and monthly activation plans.
• Experience in developing digital/ecommerce campaign plans.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive performance improvements.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Grow account NMV and revenue for one or more brands.
• Build strong relationships with brand and platform counterparts.
• Provide expert recommendations on strategy, promotions and growth levers.
• Develop annual growth plans and activation calendars and campaign proposals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive brand performance.
• Ensure all brand/store KPIs are met and tracked.
• Collaborate on onboarding and growth plans for new brands.
• Work with management on NMV goals, planning and forecasting.
