Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions seeks an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the development and optimization of the company’s online store. You will manage marketplace listings across Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, and TikTok Shop, and drive SEO, UX/UI improvements, and data-driven marketing campaigns.

You will lead a cross-functional team of digital marketers, analysts, and support staff, coordinating with marketing, IT, and logistics to ensure smooth operations and relentless optimization of the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, SEO are a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a similar field.
• Proven track record of managing websites, online marketplaces, and digital media campaigns.
• Experience in leading and mentoring cross-functional e-commerce teams.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's e-commerce website.
• Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Enhance site usability with best practices in UX/UI design.
• Utilize web analytics tools to monitor performance and generate actionable insights.
• Oversee presence and performance on marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop).
• Plan and execute media campaigns (Google/Meta ads) and CPAS optimization to improve ROI.
• Lead a team of e-commerce specialists and collaborate with marketing, IT, and customer service.
• Coordinate email campaigns, promotions, and inventory planning to drive sales.
• Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and optimize stock levels.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
