Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Retail, or Marketplace Operations, with proven leadership experience.
• Strong experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other major e-commerce platforms.
• Proven track record in driving online sales, revenue growth, and profitability.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, online campaigns, marketplace management, and customer journey optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy and business plan aligned with company objectives.
• Lead online sales growth across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce channels.
• Manage and monitor sales, revenue, conversion, traffic, and profitability targets.
• Oversee online promotions, campaigns, pricing, vouchers, and digital merchandising strategies.
• Ensure products are properly presented online, including product listings, pricing, inventory, images, and descriptions.
• Analyze e-commerce performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth.
• Manage relationships and negotiations with marketplace platforms and e-commerce partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth online operations.
• Develop strategies to improve conversion rate, customer retention, average order value, and overall customer experience.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging digital opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the E-Commerce team.
• Prepare business reviews, forecasts, reports, and strategic recommendations for management.
