Job summary

Star Digital Marketing Solutions Inc. is seeking an E-Commerce Shop Manager in Manila to oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across major platforms.

You will ensure accuracy of information, images, and campaigns while maintaining high quality checks and performance tracking. You will analyze sales data, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate with fulfillment, customer service, and marketing to optimize store operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing an e-commerce store on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada or TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, product listing management, promotions, and marketplace tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent quality control and organizational skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with sales and performance data.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to resolve operational issues.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across e-commerce platforms.
• Ensure product information, images, pricing, and promotional details are accurate and up to date.
• Conduct regular quality checks on product listings and store content.
• Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other key e-commerce metrics.
• Analyze sales and marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, customer service, marketing, and other teams for smooth operations.
• Plan and implement marketplace promotions, campaigns, vouchers, and product pushes.
• Monitor customer feedback, product reviews, and store ratings; coordinate actions.
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, guidelines, and requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide insights to improve sales.
