Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Digital Data Analytics Officer to collect, analyze, and interpret data from digital marketing campaigns, and to optimize performance in support of business objectives. The role drives acquisition growth through monitoring, reporting, dashboards, and actionable insights.

You will lead data-driven initiatives, collaborate with channel managers, and present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• At least 4 years in a managerial role in marketing or digital analytics.
• Strong knowledge of digital metrics, platforms, and campaign performance monitoring.
• Strong leadership, analytical and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects, cleans, and organizes data from digital marketing channels including social media, email, display advertising, and website traffic.
• Utilizes analytical tools to evaluate campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition.
• Identifies trends, patterns, and insights to understand audience behavior and campaign effectiveness.
• Develops and maintains dashboards and reports to track KPIs of digital campaigns.
• Monitors campaign performance in real time and provides updates to stakeholders.
• Conducts in-depth analysis to evaluate campaign success against goals and benchmarks.
• Collaborates with channel managers to identify optimization opportunities based on data-driven insights.
• Provides recommendations for improving targeting, messaging, and creative assets.
