Job summary

East West Banking Corporation in Taguig is seeking a Marketing, Strategy and Analytics Officer to join our Consumer Lending team. You will deliver data-driven insights, strategic recommendations, and analytics-based solutions to optimize lending workflows, decision strategies, and profitability.

You will generate MIS reports, develop KPI dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while upholding regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; statistics/mathematics or related fields preferred.
• At least three years of experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, or related fields.
• Proficiency with Databricks, SQL, and Python for data extraction, processing, and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, portfolio, market, and industry trends to generate insights that support strategic planning, business growth, and portfolio profitability.
• Monitor business initiatives and program performance, recommending strategies to improve revenue, billings, customer engagement, and overall business results.
• Prepare and maintain KPI dashboards, MIS reports, performance scorecards, and other management tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Develop portfolio and customer segmentation strategies that encourage desired customer behavior, increase interest income, and maintain acceptable risk and delinquency levels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support policy, process, and system enhancements, evaluate partnership opportunities, and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Safeguard the financial performance of the Mortgage Business by supporting initiatives that achieve profitability targets while balancing growth and risk objectives.
• Promote a customer-first culture while contributing to employee engagement, talent development, and continuous business improvement.
