Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Credit Card Business Analytics Officer to design, develop, and deploy dashboards and MIS reports that empower management to monitor profitability and make data-driven decisions across Mass Retail.

The role requires strong analytics skills, experience with SAS/Python/Tableau, and effective communication to drive insights for marketing, risk, and portfolio optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or Engineering.
• Experience in data management, data engineering, risk modeling/data science, or related analytics in consumer lending.
• Proficient in SAS, Python, VBA, Tableau, and related analytics tools.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, and deploys dashboards and MIS reports to monitor performance and profitability.
• Analyzes data sources to identify trends and opportunities for acquisition, marketing, brand equity, and customer growth.
• Provides data and validation for campaigns, parameters, and enhancements.
• Ensures data integrity and timely MIS reporting for unsecured lending, cards, and related teams.
• Collaborates with Data Management to define data requirements and analytical tooling.
