Job summary

Diversey is seeking a Demand & Supply Planning Lead in Makati, Philippines to drive S&OP processes, translate market data into accurate forecasts, and balance demand with supply to ensure high service levels.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Marketing, monitor inventory health, and support working capital targets while maintaining accurate planning data in SAP and Logility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills with stakeholder management.
• Experience with SAP and/or Logility preferred.
• Commercially minded and able to collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and Supply Chain teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly S&OP and demand reviews with Sales, translating market insights into validated forecasts.
• Manage forecasting, forecast bias, and drive corrective actions with Sales.
• Monitor supply constraints, open orders, production, OTIF and inventory levels.
• Partner with Sales and Supply Chain to manage slow-moving, near-expiry and excess inventory.
