Job summary

Q2 HR Solutions Inc. seeks a Demand Planner in Makati City. The role is full-time and onsite with a hybrid option after an initial period. You will forecast demand, analyze data, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve forecasting accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in demand planning, experience with planning tools, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills. FMCG exposure is a plus, and the position offers growth within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Forecasting, or related roles.
• Experience working in a cross-functional environment with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business data.
• Experience with demand planning tools such as SAP APO DP, Demantra, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, consumer goods, or related industries is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts using demand planning systems and established forecasting processes.
• Analyze historical and future demand inputs, including sales trends, promotions, product changes, and market activities to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights and address forecasting gaps.
• Support new product launches, product transitions, and discontinuations by evaluating demand assumptions and business impact.
• Maintain accurate demand planning data and ensure timely updates of rolling forecasts.
• Communicate forecast assumptions, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
• Analyze forecast performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process enhancements.
• Monitor KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
