Job summary

Shore360 in the Philippines is seeking a Demand Planning professional to forecast product demand, analyze sales trends, and ensure inventory levels align with supply capabilities across Sales, Marketing, Procurement, Production, and Finance.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in demand or supply planning, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel, and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Industrial Eng, SCM, Business Admin, Statistics)
• 2–4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Inventory Management
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• ERP experience (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite) is an advantage
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales inputs
• Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions to minimize variances
• Adjust forecasts based on promotions, seasonality, and product launches
• Collaborate with Procurement and Production to ensure sufficient stock availability
• Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory and propose action plans
• Perform other tasks as required, including assisting with payments to vendors
