Job summary

TE Connectivity in the Philippines hub seeks a Demand Planning Lead to oversee the Demand Analyst team within the S&OP process. You will translate hub priorities into clear assignments, ensure timely, accurate demand plans, and align with regional planners, Sales, Product Management, and Finance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
APICS certification is a plus.
5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, Demand Analysis, or Supply Chain Planning.
Experience coordinating work, leading projects, coaching others, or serving as a subject-matter lead.
Experience supporting S&OP, Demand Review, and global cross-functional planning processes.

Responsibilities

Lead daily Demand Analyst execution by translating hub priorities into clear assignments and deadlines.
Manage team workload, capacity, coverage, and development with hands-on support during peaks.
Ensure recurring demand-planning activities are accurate and delivered on time.
Communicate progress, risks and decisions with the Demand Hub Leader.
Coordinate with regional planners to align consensus forecasts and actions.
Monitor forecast performance and drive root-cause analysis.
Deliver materials for Demand Review, MBR, Pre-SIOP, and SIOP meetings.
Lead hub projects and continuous-improvement initiatives.
