Job summary

Philippine Batteries Incorporated is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to analyze historical sales data, forecast demand for warehouse SKUs, and coordinate with the Philippine plant and North American schedules. You will drive inventory and ensure service levels.

Responsibilities include creating weekly dashboards, monitoring stock, optimizing SAP PO/SO processes, and leading data clean-up initiatives. The role requires a degree in business or supply chain and 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in demand planning, inventory management, or sales forecasting.
• Proficient in SAP and demand planning software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
• Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in warehouse sales, logistics, or the retail industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze historical sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to create demand forecasts for warehouse SKUs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to align forecasts with business goals.
• Schedule and prioritize production runs for the Philippine plant and assist with North American production schedules as required.
• Investigate and address root causes of stock shortages and aged inventory, implementing process improvements.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure inventory levels support forecasted and unexpected demand.
• Develop product lifecycle strategies including introductions and phase-outs.
• Create and maintain weekly reports and dashboards tracking sales, orders, in-transit inventory, and WIP for North American warehouses.
• Identify and prioritize critical SKUs to maintain service levels.
• Monitor and evaluate supplier performance across production, shipping, and delivery; flag risks.
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis to decide when to expedite shipments.
• Generate and manage SAP Purchase Orders and Sales Orders.
• Handle In-Transit postings and ensure clear communication with warehouse teams.
• Reconcile system records with actual warehouse inventory.
• Lead initiatives to clean and organize Sales Order data in SAP.
