Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Regional Supply Chain Planner to manage supply and production planning, optimize capacity and inventory, and ensure customer requirements are met. You will work closely with Customer Service, Manufacturing, Procurement and Planning teams to maintain efficient and reliable supply operations, leveraging SAP IBP and related planning systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, Engineering, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in materials, supply, or production planning.
Hands-on experience with SAP IBP or similar planning systems; SAP ECC/S4 knowledge is a plus.
Strong analytical, Excel, problem-solving, and communication skills.
APICS/CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Manage MRP and production planning for make-to-order and make-to-stock products.
Create process orders and tolling POs in SAP.
Coordinate production schedules and material availability.
Communicate schedule changes and resolve planning issues with stakeholders.
Monitor production capacity, backlog, and inventory levels.
Develop recovery plans for capacity constraints.
Support process improvements and KPI tracking.
