Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Demand Planner in the Philippines to manage country demand planning and NPL forecasting. You will design and monitor finished goods inventories, coordinate monthly forecasts, and engage stakeholders across functions to meet service levels and financial targets.

The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, strong analytics, and familiarity with SAP/RapidResponse; APICS or MBA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or related field; APICS certification/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of demand planning experience in supply chain/operations.
• Experience in regional/global supply chain operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a matrix environment.
• Familiarity with SAP and Rapid Response or similar ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage country demand planning and NPL forecasting activities.
• Coordinate monthly demand forecast process via SI&OP aligned with financial goals.
• Maintain finished goods inventory levels and system integrity.
• Generate monthly metrics and reports; support NPL and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with Country Operations, Marketing, RA/QA and Divisional DP on forecasts and launches.
• Drive KPIs for supply chain performance and governance.
