Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a seasoned Demand Planner to manage country demand planning and New Product Launch (NPL) forecasting. The role requires coordinating monthly demand forecasts through an effective SI&OP process and maintaining inventory integrity across finished goods.

You will collaborate with Marketing, RA/QA, and Finance to align forecasts with business goals, optimize stock levels, and support NPL launches while driving KPI-based improvements in the supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistics required.
• APICS certification or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of demand planning experience in a regional/global context.

Responsibilities

• Manage country Demand Planning and NPL forecasting activities.
• Coordinate the monthly demand forecast via a robust SI&OP process.
• Monitor inventory levels and NPL launches, ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
• Develop and track key supply chain KPIs and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, RA/QA, and finance on inventory and launch plans.
