Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; APICS certification is a plus.
• 3+ years in Demand Planning or related roles.
• Experience supporting S&OP and Demand Review processes.
• Strong understanding of Demand Planning concepts and MRP.
• Experience with SAP IBP/ERP and planning tools; analytics or Python a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across S&OP to publish numbers for upcoming months.
• Develop and refine short-, mid-, and long-term demand forecasts.
• Manage demand forecasts by region, customer, and product.
• Monitor plan vs actual monthly and conduct variance analysis.
• Prepare analytical materials for monthly Demand Review and S&OP meetings.
• Utilize SAP, IBP, Salesforce, Excel-based models for communication and planning.
• Maintain MRP groups and Safety Stock for sealable products.
• Support inventory strategy by analyzing safety-stock and service levels.
• Participate in demand-related issues and cross-functional corrective actions.
• Assist in collaboration to improve forecasts and delivery metrics.
• Connect with critical customers to align forecasts.
• Comply with TE policies and attendance.
