Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a diligent Collections staff in Metro Manila to manage overdue accounts and secure timely payments. You will contact clients, assess disputes, and coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing issues while maintaining professional customer relations.

The ideal candidate has a finance/accounting background with up to 1 year of collections experience; fresh grads with related OJT are welcome. Proficiency in SAP is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• BS in finance, accounting or related field.
• 1 year collections experience preferred; fresh grads with related OJT welcome.
• Proficient in SAP; Pivot knowledge optional.

Aufgaben

• Contact customers via phone, email or other methods to collect overdue payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow up on overdue invoices.
• Negotiate payment terms and settlement options with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and customer interactions.
• Prepare and send reminders, invoices, and account statements to customers.
• Work with sales to address customer disputes regarding billing.
• Provide reports on outstanding accounts and collection activities to management.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws in the collection process.
• Assist in resolving billing discrepancies and address customer queries professionally.
• Maintain high level of customer service while meeting company objectives.
