Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Collections Staff to support Accounts Receivable and Collections operations. You will handle customer communications regarding outstanding balances, assist with payment reconciliation, and maintain accurate collection records in our system.

Collaborate with the Account Management Team to facilitate timely payment processing, provide regular updates to the Team Lead, and assist with check collections and payment applications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related business course.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via calls, emails, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances.
• Support Account Management in payment reconciliation and provide collections updates.
• Document customer interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities accurately.
• Provide regular updates to Team Lead on collection progress and balances.
