Job summary

Lalamove in Mexico City seeks a data-driven Business Analyst to work with the Managing Director to optimize performance across sales, marketing, and operations.

You will translate complex data into strategic recommendations using SQL, Python, and BI tools, and present findings to non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English and Spanish required; 3–4 years in data analysis or strategy preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, data analysis, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
• 3–4 years in data analysis, business strategy, management consulting, or project management.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and Python or R.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
• Fluent written and verbal English and Spanish communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership to design and execute long-term strategic initiatives.
• Build analytical tools and data models to track KPIs across sales, marketing, and operations.
• Identify growth opportunities and process improvements through deep-dive data research.
