Beyondsoft is seeking a Customer Success Account Manager in Mandaluyong to partner with flagship Philippine customers. The hybrid role centers on enabling measurable value from Microsoft solutions, driving adoption, and ensuring long‑term success across teams and workloads.

The role emphasizes field engagement, program execution, and governance to accelerate usage, with a focus on Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online, supporting retention and growth.

Qualifications

5–7 years of experience in Customer Success, Program/Project Management, Consulting, or Technical Account Management.
Proven experience in driving adoption programs for cloud or enterprise technology.
Strong background in field engagement, customer discovery, and user insight gathering.
Demonstrated ability to plan, manage, and execute complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Hands‑on experience in risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue escalation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft cloud technologies (i.e. M365, Azure) is an advantage.
