Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking a skilled Order Management professional to manage customer orders, inquiries, and forecasting while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with sales, supply chain, logistics, and other teams, handling onboarding, pricing changes, and issue resolution to support multiple product lines across end markets. Strong English communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service, relationship management, ERP/order management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English required
• High school diploma required; additional education preferred. Typically, 4-6+ years of progressive customer service, account management, or order management experience.
• Fast-paced, customer-focused environment requiring cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Receive, review, enter, and manage customer orders and changes, including follow up on past due orders and forecasting.
• Serve as primary contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, accounts, credit requests, and service issues.
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, logistics, distribution, credit, pricing and customer master teams.
• Support sales function with quote requests; specifically, when implementing global price increases.
• Support customer onboarding, account setup, and location maintenance.
• Manage key accounts across multiple end markets and product lines.
• Document recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinates the transfer of slow-moving inventory within the distribution system.
• Participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
