Job summary

10XME Technology Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to lead post-sale relationships, drive adoption, and foster long-term partnerships for our AI data operations platform.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure customers achieve their goals, monitor health metrics, guide onboarding, and identify growth opportunities while delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports customers across Southeast Asia from the Philippines and offers

Responsibilities

• Lead customers through onboarding and implementation.
• Act as voice of the customer to improve product and service.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders to drive satisfaction.

• Monitor account health using usage data, NPS, and surveys.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
