Job summary

SailPoint is hiring a Digital Customer Success Manager in the Philippines to execute AI-assisted customer success motions at scale. You will drive short, high-impact engagements, improve adoption, and support renewal readiness while coordinating with Sales, Renewals, and Support.

You will manage customer inquiries, maintain Up-to-date records in Gainsight, and contribute to program improvements across a global CS team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success Management within SaaS.
• Ability to write concise, empathetic, and technically accurate messages.
• Comfortable in a data-driven environment with strong research and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute CTAs & Burst Engagements to address customer risk and onboarding transitions.
• Drive customer outcomes by removing adoption barriers and connecting to resources.
• Identify indicators of customer risk and support renewal readiness efforts.
• Contribute to renewal forecasting with engagement and usage signals.
• Manage inquiries via the shared inbox and route accurately to teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and Gainsight documentation; collaborate cross-functionally.
• Participate in Digital Customer Success programs and continuous improvement initiatives.
