You will lead credit risk management across all units, implementing a disciplined, data-driven approach to policy development, portfolio oversight, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with underwriting, sales, and finance to optimize risk-adjusted performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 10 years in credit and risk management, with 5+ in leadership.
• Deep knowledge of credit risk, financial analysis, regulatory frameworks, and policy development.
• Ability to assess sector and macro trends to mitigate risks.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership in high-pressure settings.
• Proficient in data-driven risk assessment and portfolio analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the credit risk strategy and governance, aligning with regulations.
• Oversee credit lifecycle across origination, evaluation, documentation, and collections.
• Define risk appetite and monitor adherence; review key risk indicators.
• Calibrate credit modeling tools, scorecards, and acceptance criteria.
• Provide timely insights on portfolio performance and market trends.
• Promote compliance culture across teams.
