Job summary

The Golden Legacy Financing Corporation is seeking a Loan and Agency Management Officer in the Philippines to oversee loan release operations, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support financial reporting. The role requires collaboration across Finance, Credit Control, and ICT teams and hands-on experience with LMS, ERP, and accounting software.

The position focuses on maintaining robust loan processing controls, reconciling monthly figures, and providing audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Experience in loan operations, financial reporting, or portfolio management.
Ability to collaborate across Finance, Credit Control, and ICT.
Proven track record with LMS, ERP, and accounting software such as QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

Oversee and validate loan release operations for accuracy and compliance.
Monitor collections and generate monthly reconciliations across LMS, ERP and accounting systems.
Analyze discrepancies and coordinate with Credit and Collections to resolve issues.
Produce financial schedules and leadership-ready performance reports.
Maintain bank loan process documentation and audit support.
Provide coverage within the LAM team as needed.
