• Oversee and validate loan release operations for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor collections and generate monthly reconciliations across LMS, ERP and accounting systems.
• Analyze discrepancies and coordinate with Credit and Collections to resolve issues.
• Produce financial schedules and leadership-ready performance reports.
• Maintain bank loan process documentation and audit support.
• Provide coverage within the LAM team as needed.
