Golden Legacy Financing Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Head of Credit Risk Management to lead the risk function, sculpt risk strategy, and ensure portfolio resilience across all units.

You will oversee the full credit lifecycle, implement data-driven policies, monitor risk indicators, and drive compliance with evolving regulations, while partnering with underwriting, finance, and executive leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in credit and risk management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of credit risk principles, financial analysis, regulatory frameworks, and credit policy development.
• Ability to assess sector and macroeconomic trends to anticipate and mitigate future credit risks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the emotional intelligence to navigate diverse agendas.
• Proficiency in data-driven risk assessment, credit modeling, and portfolio analysis to support sound decision-making.
