Job summary

Manulife Financial in the Philippines seeks a Senior Corporate Solutions Sales Officer to drive higher sales across corporate and wholesaler channels, manage key accounts, and coach Level 5 officers. The role focuses on scaling revenue, improving conversion, and strengthening long-term partnerships.

You will lead campaigns end-to-end, forecast pipeline, and ensure service levels while collaborating with internal teams to deliver integrated corporate solutions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in corporate sales, wholesaler, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, relationship management and analytical skills with a track record of results.
• Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver higher APE, case count, and productivity targets than Level 5 roles.
• Plan and execute Corporate Solutions and wholesaler campaigns end-to-end.
• Grow assigned strategic corporate and wholesaler accounts.
• Coach Level 5 Officers to improve execution and conversion.
• Drive pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity.
• Ensure SLAs and improve turnaround times.
• Develop FSAs through training and joint field work.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
