Job summary

Manulife Philippines seeks a Financial Sales Associate to provide life insurance solutions to Bank clients, working with branch sales and service teams to deliver protection and long-term savings solutions. The role emphasizes client focus, collaboration, and proactive service.

The successful candidate will be self-driven, highly motivated, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with prior bancassurance or related sales experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree required.
• Bancassurance sales experience preferred, but others with sales/customer service experience in banking, transport, pharmaceutical, FMCG, hospitality or IT are encouraged to apply.
• Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
• Personable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with branch sales and service teams to provide innovative product solutions addressing client's protection and long-term saving needs.
• Strengthen long-term relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
