Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Senior Corporate Solutions Sales Officer to lead higher sales results across corporate and wholesaler channels, owning Corporate Solutions campaigns and managing key strategic accounts. The role includes coaching Level 5 Officers to boost execution and conversion, ensuring accurate forecasting, and accelerating deal velocity while aligning with service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in corporate sales, wholesaler, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, relationship management, and analytical skills with a proven track record of delivering results in complex sales environments.
• With very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance / HMO industry.
• Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)

Responsibilities

• Deliver higher APE, case count, and productivity targets compared to Level 5 roles
• Lead, plan, and execute Corporate Solutions and wholesaler campaigns end-to-end
• Handle and grow assigned key strategic corporate and wholesaler accounts
• Shadow, coach, and develop Level 5 Corporate Sales Officers to improve execution and conversion
• Drive strong pipeline management, forecasting accuracy, and deal velocity
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and improve turnaround times
• Develop FSAs through structured training, coaching, and joint field work
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver integrated corporate solutions
• Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities.
• Develop, implement, promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions.
• Supports the region/channel in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations, and business reviews for existing clients.
• Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.
• Manage aftersales escalations
• Handles New Business Acquisition
• Negotiates the renewal business
