Job summary

Seda Manila Bay is seeking a Sales Manager to drive room, function space, and other revenue opportunities by building strong relationships with corporate accounts, travel trade partners, government and diplomatic organizations, MICE clients, and other key market segments.

The role develops and executes sales strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, average daily rate, and market-share objectives while ensuring exceptional client service and consistent Seda brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve room, function, and revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, client visits, sales calls, presentations, site inspections, and networking activities.
• Promote Seda Manila Bay's rooms, dining outlets, meeting facilities, and other hotel services.
• Identify opportunities to increase room nights, average daily rate, group business, banquet revenue, and ancillary revenues.
• Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, account production, and business trends.
• Recommend appropriate sales actions, promotions, and account strategies to maximize revenue.
