Job summary

Seda Hotels Group is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive room and hotel revenue by building strong relationships with new and existing accounts. You will pursue business opportunities and meet targets through calls, presentations, site inspections, and events.

You will promote rooms, facilities, services, and promotions while ensuring exceptional service, addressing client needs, and fostering long-term loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains productive business relationships through sales visits, product presentations, client entertainment, and regular communication.
• Promotes hotel rooms, facilities, services, packages, and promotions to generate business opportunities.
• Handles inquiries and reservations promptly via telephone, email, and other channels.
• Coordinates with Operations on group and VIP requirements to ensure smooth execution of arrangements.
• Prepares VIP and Group Information Sheets to communicate guest profiles and requirements to departments.
• Participates in sales blitzes, trade shows, and industry events and submits sales reports.
