Job summary

AIA in the Philippines is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to join the Direct Sales Team. You will prospect corporate clients, present the company's employee benefits programs, and guide proposals through to closing with clients and underwriters.

You will manage lead sources, perform KYC on prospects, coordinate proposal details, and ensure submission of required documents to CS Operations. A track record in corporate sales and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect corporate leads and identify authorised representatives.
• Prepare and present sales proposals with CS Underwriter.
• Follow through on proposal signing and collection of new business documents.
• Track monthly production targets and ensure delivery.
