Job summary

BPI AIA Life Assurance Corporation (BPI AIA) in the Philippines is seeking a results-driven leader to drive revenue from new business and renewal targets through a dedicated group insurance team and EB solutions. You will ensure performance metrics are tracked, report regularly, and guide a team with at least 2 years of people management experience to grow premium income across EB, HMOs, and IVS channels.

This role reports to the head of sales.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in the insurance industry.
• Has at least 2 years experience as a people manager.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of revenue from new business and renewal business and activity targets assigned to his/her team.
• Ensure that all performance, revenue and activity metrics needed to track, monitor and deliver the targets are institutionalized through regular reports, meetings and planning activities.
• Responsible for the assigned team’s new business and renewal growth premium for our Company from the sale of Group Insurance products including but not limited to Employee Benefits (EB) such as health and medical insurance packaged and customized plans, HMOs and Credit Line products through the Company’s established distribution channels. This also includes Individual Voluntary Solutions (IVS) sales thru worksite and financial literacy engagements with existing and prospective EB clients and other activities.
