Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Commercial Banking Relationship Manager in Dagupan to manage the needs of large and middle-market corporate clients. You will cultivate trust, grow profitability through financial solutions, and ensure a first-rate customer experience in line with bank policies.

The role involves coordinating with Credit for loan structuring, monitoring portfolio quality, and developing client engagements to expand wallet share within the institution.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of markets, credit and lending, operations, credit policies, risk management and commercial banking products to enable cross-selling.
• Familiarity with Philippines regulatory standards and compliance guidelines.
• Experience serving corporate accounts and working with corporates (banks) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate trust and partnership with corporate clients and be designated as top banker for existing and potential clients.
• Grow profitability of the client portfolio by providing timely financial solutions.
• Ensure positive customer experience while adhering to bank policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with Credit partners to structure loan packages and manage line renewals.
• Monitor loan portfolio credit quality and pursue recovery options if needed.
• Train junior staff to meet client expectations and bank goals.
